Although it might seem obvious to run my first race in Denmark, we chose instead to start the season abroad at BNL 1. I competed for the professional and ambitious team RS Competition, which I will also be racing for for the rest of the year.
The race brought together some of the biggest and most experienced teams in Europe, and the field was filled with strong international drivers. My goal was to challenge myself and develop a more aggressive and daring driving style—especially at the start of races and during overtaking maneuvers, where I needed to learn to take more chances.
It was a tough but instructive debut, and I finished among the top 40 drivers in Europe. An experience that has given me both confidence and motivation for the rest of the season.
